“I was a bit concerned about ordering this table due to lock down and all the struggles businesses are facing – but I shouldn’t have worried. The lead time I was given was accurate, the team were fantastic in communicating with me and the product is also far better than I could imagine. Would recommend both without a second thought!”

The above comment was left in 2020, so the fact that Garden Trading still delivered and was professional and helpful speaks volumes about the service it provides. Since there isn’t much other feedback to examine on the brand’s site, let’s move over to Trustpilot.

I mentioned before that the most common point of negative feedback was missing parts. And unfortunately, often this isn’t the fault of Garden Trends but of the manufacturer. From what I can see, if you do experience this, the brand will connect you with the manufacturer to get it sorted out.

Throughout this Garden Trading review, we’ve come to know a lot about what this brand offers. Garden Trends is a reseller of a range of well-known outdoor living essentials.

Garden Trading ships all over the globe and fees range from £15-£75. Deliveries to the US and Canada cost about £35.

What is Garden Trends’ Shipping Policy?

Once you place your order with Garden Trends online, they will put it together and ship it out in 24-72 hours. Delivery times vary depending on where you live and which service you choose, but in general, here’s what you can expect for the Mainland UK:

• EVRI: 3-5 business days
• Tuffnells: next business day
• BDT Pallet: arranged delivery date

UK orders over £30 are shipped for free whereas orders under that amount have a £4 fee. Keep in mind that certain items may take longer. If you aren’t home on your scheduled date for a pallet delivery, a £25 fee will incur.
