While writing this Boll and Branch bedding review, I found that the brand offers free shipping on all US orders. When you purchase a mattress, they will even bring it into your home for you. Orders take up to 10 business days to arrive. For customers that want their products to arrive quicker, they can choose 1-2 day shipping for an additional fee.
Currently, Boll and Branch only ships internationally to Canada. These orders have a shipping fee of $50 and cannot be returned. Shipping to Canada takes two days and you will be additionally charged for duties and province tax.

Due to the excessive pilling, they are now so rough they are like sleeping on sand! I reached out to customer service and they did ask for pictures of the pilling but it has now been 4 weeks and I’ve not gotten any further response. This is horrible customer service. I’m not only dissatisfied with their product but their customer service is equally unacceptable.
